WORTH INTERNATIONAL MEDIA NAMES MATT GORMLEY AS DIRECTOR OF MEETINGS & EVENTS AND CURATOR FOR THEIR PREVUE VISIONARY SUMMIT SERIES
Florida – October 18, 2024 – Worth International Media is thrilled to announce the appointment of Matt Gormley as the new Director of Meetings and Events. In this pivotal role, Gormley will spearhead the launch of the company’s new Events Division as well as grow the PREVUE Visionary Summit Series for meeting and incentive planners.
Gormley brings a wealth of experience in event planning and experiential marketing. He is a seasoned professional known for his ability to create impactful, memorable events that drive substantial growth and exceed client expectations. With a career spanning over two decades, Gormley has led high-profile events, executed innovative strategies, and managed operations for both corporate and nonprofit sectors. His expertise in experiential marketing, combined with a track record of success in driving sales and managing large-scale operations, makes him the ideal leader for the company’s Prevue Visionary Summits, an event series produced by one of Worth’s proprietary brands, Prevue Meetings + Incentives. His experience in the meetings and events industry will be instrumental to developing meaningful programs for planners.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate meetings, non-profit events and experiential marketing, Gormley has cultivated a powerful blend of creativity and leadership. As the Director of Sales with Destinations by Design (Leading Las Vegas DMC), General Manager of Style Events Design (an experiential and events company under Hosts Global), and Account Manager for Hello-Las Vegas! (DMC), Gormley has successfully represented Las Vegas to the world, creating unforgettable experiences that showcase the city’s unique energy. Beyond the corporate realm, Gormley also served as the State Director for March of Dimes in Nevada, bringing his expertise to the nonprofit sector and further deepening his commitment to impactful event production. His early career launching Disneyland Paris provided the perfect foundation and set the stage for his 20+ years in meetings and events.
Gormley is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. He is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
