Andrea Sper is an accomplished marketing professional with a robust background in driving brand visibility and engagement across diverse sectors. A Barnard College graduate, she began her career in publishing in NYC before moving to rbb Communications in Miami, where she enhanced her expertise in media relations and digital strategy. Her passion for travel led her to Palace Resorts, where she developed award-winning marketing campaigns for the Meetings and Incentives (MICE) segment.

After serving as the Director of Marketing at Worth International Media Group, where she combined her love for publishing, travel, and meetings and incentives, Andrea spent time in the tech sector honing her skills in demand generation. She has returned to Worth with renewed energy and a commitment to elevating the brand’s presence and driving innovative marketing initiatives.
